placeX.ai is a digital marketplace that offers authors the opportunity to offer and sell their premium WordPress templates, plugins, PHP scripts, videos and graphics to a wide audience. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all business relationships between placeX.ai and the users of our platform, both for buyers and sellers of digital products.

2 Registration and account

2.1 In order to use our platform, registration is required. By registering, the user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information.

2.2 The user is responsible for the security of his account and should not disclose any access data to third parties.

3. offers and content

3.1 Authors can post their own digital products on placeX.ai. They are responsible for the accuracy of the descriptions and the quality of the uploaded products.

3.2. placeX.ai assumes no liability for the content uploaded or any resulting legal violations. The responsibility lies exclusively with the respective author.

4. refund conditions

4.1 Buyers have the right to request a refund if the purchased product does not work as described or has significant defects.

4.2 Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. The author has the right to rectify the defect before a refund is granted.

4.3 Refunds for digital products that are free of defects and conform to the description are generally excluded.

5. limitation of liability

placeX.ai is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform, unless these damages are based on intent or gross negligence on the part of placeX.ai. Liability for the content offered on the platform lies exclusively with the authors.

6. final provisions

6.1 Changes to the GTC will be communicated to the users and are considered accepted if the user does not object to the change within four weeks.

6.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
